Delicious Home Made Baked Chicken



Whole Chicken (with skin)

2 Tablespoon Butter/Margarine

1 1/2 Table Spoon Salt

1 1/2 Table Spoon Black Pepper

5 Steps Recipe

Step 1: Marinate chicken with butter, salt and black pepper and rest for 1 hour

Step 2: Preheat oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes

Step 3: Place chicken in a dish and add boiled vegetables of choice (potato, fresh beans, carrot and cauliflower)

Step 4: Bake for 45 minutes and brush with oil in between

Step 5:  Serve with Peri Peri sauce/tomato ketchup/garlic sauce


1. Marinate chicken using hands and rub deep under the skin

2. To check whether it is cooked, insert knife tip into wing and if dry and hot, chicken is cooked.
